If you have not used your account for 11 months and still have an account balance we will send you an email asking if you would still like to use the service. Alternatively, you can opt to have your balance returned to you or donated to charity.
This email also details that if no action is taken after 12 months of inactivity, an account keeping fee of $1.50 will be charged each month until the balance reaches zero.
