You can create and edit your items within your Supplier Portal.
Accessing your menu
Log in to your Supplier Portal and click 'Items', and then the relevant service type from the navigation bar.
How to add an item:
1. Find the category you would like your item to appear in and click 'Add Item'.
In the below example, an item will be added to the 'Sandwiches' category.
2. Enter the name, description, and price of your item.
Note: if you would like the price of your item to change depending on the options selected, we will do that in the 'options' section.
3. If you like, you can enter a SKU (stock keeping unit) to keep track of your inventory. This won't be visible to parents. Then add food icons like 'vegetarian' and 'homemade', which will show to parents.
4. Scroll down and add which service/s you would like the item to appear in.
5. Scroll down and click 'Create'.
Quantity Sell Limit
Once you have created your item, you can choose to add a quantity sell limit if you have a limited number of items available.
1. Click the 'Quantity Sell Limit' toggle and enter your quantity of items.
2. Select on the below options.
Per service time: this limits the number of items able to be ordered each service time. For example, 10 sandwiches can be ordered at lunch, and 10 at recess.
Total: this is the number available to be ordered across all service times. For example, if 5 sandwiches are sold at lunch, there will be 5 sandwiches available for recess, until the limit is updated.
3. Click 'Save'.
