You may need to close your service down for a day due to circumstances such as illness or unavailability of staff. Here are the steps you can follow:
1. Log into your Support Portal, select 'Services' in the navigation bar, and then choose the relevant service type.
2. Locate the service you wish to close for a day. You can use the 'Search' function in the top right of the page for a quicker search.
3. Click on the pencil icon next to your chosen service to edit it.
4. Select the 'Service Dates' tab.
5. Select the service date you wish to close. In the pop-up, toggle the Service Status to ‘CLOSED’, then state closure reason. This will be visible to parents.
6. After filling out the necessary details, click 'Save'. The system will then check for any orders scheduled for the closed day.
Please note, changes may take up to 30 minutes to be reflected.
Managing orders that have already been placed:
You can use the Order Management page to check whether orders have already been placed for the service on the day that you have closed.
At the top of page, change the date range to the date you have closed, and then select the relevant service/s:
If orders have already been placed, you can use this page to:
- Cancel orders
- Change the due date for orders
- Locate contact details for parents if you wish to reach out to them
To cancel or change the due date for multiple orders at once, select the boxes next to the Order ID, and then press the applicable icon.
