Refunding a specific transaction
You can refund a sale by finding it in 'History', tapping it and selecting 'Refund'
- Go to History on FlexiPOS
- Select/tap the transaction you want to refund
- On the transaction window, check its the correct transaction then tap "refund"
- Confirm you want to refund by tapping "confirm"
Cash Refunds
Along with refunding an existing cash transactions, you can refund ANY cash amount by:
- Go to "Keypad"
- Type in the amount of the refund, tap Add item
- Tap cash
- Tap the "refund" button - note this will change the amount to a negative
- Tap "Confirm Refund"
Zeller EFTPOS Terminals
- On FlexiPOS - Go to History screen
- Locate the EFTPOS transaction you wish to refund, tap it
- Tap refund
- A window will tell you you must refund this transaction on the terminal leave this open
- On the Zeller Terminal - Open the menu tap "Transactions"
- find the transaction you want to refund, tap it to open the details
- Tap "Refund" and follow the prompts
- Return to FlexiPOS and on the transaction refund window tap YES to confirm the refund so its recorded correctly on your reporting from FlexiPOS.
