Step 1. Post in your newsletter as early as possible
Give busy parents as much notice as possible to register for Flexischools and place their first order.
Announce Flexischools through your school newsletter, email, or your main form of parent communication as soon as you know that you're using Flexischools.
Click the button below, copy the content from the document and add it to your school newsletter, or, send an email directly to parents. Make sure to insert your school's information where prompted, and only include the student card information if you've set up students card payments.
Step 2. Post to your social media platforms
Give parents a quick and easy way to find useful information about using flexischools by posting the below to your public Facebook page, and any private parent and community groups (i.e. WhatsApp, Messenger, private Facebook group)
Download the below images and post them to all of your social media platforms. Make sure to update your school's website too!
Step 3. Distribute flyers and hang posters around your school

Step 4. Communicate to parents regularly
Continue to promote your service regularly to ensure that you're reaching as much of your school community as possible.
